Is there a free trial of Shippo?
It’s free to signup and try out Shippo - no setup or cancellation fees. The only time you’ll get charged is when you create a live shipping label.
If you’d like to go through the whole process with Shippo from order management to seeing what a label looks like, you can set carriers accounts to test mode to print out free test labels.
What rates will I get?
Shipping rates depend widely on shipment dimensions, weight, and where it’s going to and from. To get the best sense of Shippo rates, create a free account and a few test orders to see what rates are like.
Every account comes equipped with a Shippo USPS and DHL Express account so that you can access up to 60% off shipping labels immediately.
Can I use my own carrier accounts?
Yes, you can definitely use your own carrier accounts by connecting with them through the Shippo API and dashboard. We automatically pass on any discounted rates you’ve set up.
How will I be billed?
If you're using Shippo’s USPS and DHL Express accounts, you'll see a bill from us for the shipping label cost and 5¢ fee. If you connected your own carrier accounts, Shippo will only invoice you for the 5¢ label fee, and the carrier will bill you directly for the cost of the label.
You will be invoiced after you’ve exceeded your purchase threshold or every 7 days since your last invoice, whichever comes first.
